The complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day were delightful.

Unfortunately, the entry/exit door to the hallway was broken, which made it challenging for us to access our room easily. Additionally, while the breakfast was diverse, some items ran out quickly and weren't refilled in a timely manner. Lastly, the HVAC system was particularly noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The King Studio was spacious with a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals during our stay. I really appreciated the variety offered at breakfast. it was plentiful and had nice options, although it could benefit from more gluten-free selections. Our room was inviting, and overall, it felt comfortable enough for a short family getaway. However, I did encounter some issues with housekeeping not cleaning our room as scheduled, which was a bit inconvenient.

The indoor pool was a highlight for us though I wish it was warmer. The highlight was watching my daughter make her own waffles every morning!

The HVAC system had notable noise issues, which can disrupt sleep, and some rooms had unpleasant odors, making it less than ideal for a restful stay.

the suite had a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals. loved the indoor pool and the waffle maker at breakfast with tasty strawberry sauce. it's located just a block away from my business area, making it super convenient.

Just a good match for a city escape in Marlborough with value for money. I enjoyed the friendly attitude of the housekeeping staff. they were really welcoming during my stay. Consider bringing your own snacks as the breakfast options could use more variety.
